Training Log 25 PR.

Been doing the CrossFit Seguin WODs for the past week. For more info check out http://www.crossfitseguin.blogspot.com/

Got a PR yesterday on the Split Jerk, 185#! I've been working on getting under the weight for a while. After Olegs seminar I picked  some more tips to help me progress. My goal is to get to 200# keeping my body weight under 125#.
