Grab a jump rope and give this workout a try! 1 Mile Run, 100 Double Unders x 4 Rounds. If you can't do double unders yet, fist off, start practicing! For the WOD do 200 Singles.

Echo Sierra Athletics Workout: Outdoor Training
Grab the heaviest stone you can find, that you can lift for reps, and give this workout a try. Be warned, stone lifting is NOT comfortable, it's an odd lift, it's meant to test you. You may get bruises, scratches and even cuts.
