Echo Sierra Athletics Workout: Outdoor Training

Grab the heaviest stone you can find, that you can lift for reps, and give this workout a try. Be warned, stone lifting is NOT comfortable, it's an odd lift, it's meant to test you. You may get bruises, scratches and even cuts.
