Equipment and Gear:

Some of the equipment I use and recommend for training and preparedness.

I've been throwing knives for over four years. These are great throwing knives for beginners and intermediate throwers. Very well balanced. I've had mine for three years, they work great and take a beating. These are the knives seen in my throwing videos on social media.

The Gerber Multi Tool is a MUST have! I've carried mine with me ever since my Army days. It always comes in handy.

This is my go-to conditioning when I don't want to run or get on a machine. Plus it's always good to keep your stand up skills sharp! I prefer the long bags so I can low kick/knee and it's also heavier so it swings less. The Ringside Punching bag I have I've had outside in the rain and sun for over two years. I don't recommend you keep your outside 24/7, but mine is still holding up very well.

I have a set of these mats at my gym. Anytime I want to get some mat time in I roll them out. I like the "Flexi-Connect" style because I can just roll them out and attach the two pieces with velcro as opposed to using tape. I use these for wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu.

I received this knife for my birthday a year ago. I keep it attached to my "go bag". I really like the sheath because it allows you to attach it to bags and allows for a horizontal carry on your belt.
