Must Watch Interview!

The David Goggins interview is a must watch. There's been plenty of times during Ruck Marches, Morning PT Runs and even WODs where I wanted to stop. In those moments you have to be your own motivation. I've pushed through some brutal workouts using this mindset. Self talk, remembering that I've been through worse and remembering it will end soon and it will be worth it!
