Dips and Deads 11-15-19

Friday Training: AM Session:

5 Sets of:
Weighted Dips-15-18 Reps @25-23#
Sumo Deadlifts w/Straps-6@75%

PM Session:
6 Sets of:
Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlifts 8L/8R @88# Each KB

Bodyweight Dips are easy for me so i spiced it up by adding weight. I used straps on the Deadlifts to not burn out my grip. Planing on Farmers Walk and Stones later in the week, that will work my grip enough. Single Legs were a bonus for extra glute and hamstring work.
