Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlifts 8L/8R @88# Each KB
Bodyweight Dips are easy for me so i spiced it up by adding weight. I used straps on the Deadlifts to not burn out my grip. Planing on Farmers Walk and Stones later in the week, that will work my grip enough. Single Legs were a bonus for extra glute and hamstring work.
