Training Log 25 PR.

Been doing the CrossFit Seguin WODs for the past week. For more info check out http://www.crossfitseguin.blogspot.com/

Got a PR yesterday on the Split Jerk, 185#! I've been working on getting under the weight for a while. After Olegs seminar I picked  some more tips to help me progress. My goal is to get to 200# keeping my body weight under 125#.

Seminar/BBQ/PR

Had a awesome weekend! Olympic Lifting seminar was great and the after party went till Midnight! I even got a PR on CrossFit WOD "Diane" 10:19!

Rest Day

Took my much needed rest day on Thursday. I'll probably go light today as well. Olympic Lifting Seminar tomorrow! BBQ to follow! I wonder if chopping wood counts as a work out...I guess if I do it "for time" it will.
