Grab the heaviest stone you can find, that you can lift for reps, and give this workout a try. Be warned, stone lifting is NOT comfortable, it's an odd lift, it's meant to test you. You may get bruises, scratches and even cuts.

Physical and Mental Challenge!
This workout was a physical and mental challenge! The vest made everything so much slower. The sun was beating down on me. The 4 minutes seemed to get faster and faster. I contemplated only doing 1.5 or 2 miles at one point, but I stuck to it and finished it out!

Must Watch Interview!
The David Goggins interview is a must watch. There's been plenty of times during Ruck Marches, Morning PT Runs and even WODs where I wanted to stop. In those moments you have to be your own motivation. I've pushed through some brutal workouts using this mindset. Self talk, remembering that I've been through worse and remembering it will end soon and it will be worth it!
