Rest In Peace: Brother in Arms

One of my Army friends passed away unexpectedly on February 23rd. I served with McKinley in South Korea in 2004. He was a good friend. He had gone through a lot of tough times as a civilian and was just getting everything squared away. He was engaged to the women he loved and they were expecting a child...Don't take time with your love ones for granted. We never know when it's our time or their time to go.
Rest in Peace Brother. Till we meet again, in Valhalla.

Exercise For Your Brain: Meditation

Tree Climbing:

Tree Climbing is something I still like to do. It can be much more challenging than Pull Ups. Tree branches have different grips and different angles. Some of the movements mimic the Muscle Up and work the same muscle groups.

Stone, Rope and Heavy Bag!

I love training outdoors. It's a different feel than indoor training. Very primal! I hung a 100 lbs Thai Heavy bag outside in the woods used it for this workout.

Rope Climb-3(Anyhow)

Knife and Axe Throwing

I've always wanted to learn how to throw knives ever since I was a kid. It's never too late to lean new skills. I've been practicing Knife and Axe throwing for a few weeks. It's a lot of fun and takes, like any new skill, patience and practice.
