Stone, Rope and Heavy Bag!

I love training outdoors. It's a different feel than indoor training. Very primal! I hung a 100 lbs Thai Heavy bag outside in the woods used it for this workout.

Stone Over the Shoulder-10 Total Reps
Rope Climb-3(Anyhow)
Heavy Bag Work-5min
