Monday A.M. Open Gym:

Worked on some workouts for my classes and Personal Trainings.

1. 2Hand Swing/Burpee Super Set: 21,18,15,12,9 (53#KB)

Sumo DL High-Pull/Sprint(100m): 5,7,10,12,15reps of SDLHP(53#KB)

Finished with Clean and Split Jerk:

PR!!!! 180# on the Split Jerk! Happy Valentines Day To Me!
