This was just a little practice for the net time I do CrossFit "Diane".
Afternoon:
Took David's class at 5pm. Power Day!
Power Jerks- 10sets of 10reps(115#BB)
Bent Rows- 10sets of 10reps(115#BB)
(Super Set)
2KB Squats-10sets of 7reps(2x32kg KBs)
Dead Lifts-10sets of 10reps(185#BB)
(Super Set)
