I took David's 12noon class at the Texas Kettlebell Club.
1. Sprint 400m
2.Over Head Squats-15reps(65#BB)
x 5 Rounds
Finish: Tabata style
1.2Hand Swings(53#KB)
2. Push Press(2x 35#KBs)
3. Bent Rows(2x35#KBs)
x 4 Rounds

I was a really nice day out so we took advantage and headed out side. Texas weather seems to change every 5min!
