2. Sand Bag( 45#)Walking Lunges 1min

1. Push Press & Bent Row Super Set: 10-1 with 95# BB
Finished up with Cleans and Split Jerks:
BB 95# for warm up on Full Cleans: 1rep x 5 sets

BB 155# Olympic Cleans/ Front Squats/ Split Jerks
Didn't keep track of my numbers here. This was during open gym so I was helping people out as well.
Worked on Full Olympic Cleans first 1 rep at a time. Then Front Squats no more than 7 reps at a time. Then Split Jerks all with 155# BB. My PR is 170# on the Split Jerk @ 123# Body Weight.
