My Morning Workout: Our 20# Med-Balls are busted and I only had a 15# Med-Ball.

1.Muscle Ups-6
2.Wall Ball(15# )(20#ers are busted)-30
3.Hand Stand Push Ups-12
4.Power Cleans(135#)-15
