Strongman Conditioning: Carry/Drag Medley

Try out this Strongman Conditioning workout! Super simple, but not easy! 4 Rounds, each round for time, rest as much as needed between rounds. Use AHAP weights. Add weights each round if possible.

4 Rounds of:
Farmers Walk-50ft
Yoke Carry-50ft
Sled Drag-50ft
