Breakfast: Coffee w/ Half and Half Creamer

Lunch: 4 Eggs, 4 pieces of Bacon, Greek Yogurt w/ Peanut Butter. Drink: Water

Dinner: Small Salad, 2 BBQ Chicken, 2 Sausage, White Rice, Organic Refried Pinto Beans, Greek Yogurt. Drink: Water
